How to Manage Moods Swings

  The sudden shift in your emotions can be overwhelming. One moment you're ecstatic about an achievement, the next, a comment has triggered a different set of emotions, and now you're overcome with anger you can't seem to let go of. Mood swings can happen at any time of the day, but they don't happen out of nowhere. Triggering some underlying condition or behavioral patterns is the main cause of them. Here are a few ways that'll help you navigate them more efficiently. Less Caffeine Intake If you're dependent on coffee to help you make it through the day, you may want to cut down your intake. Caffeine sure does increase alertness, but a study  shows that a high dosage can lead to caffeine-induced anxiety. Anxiety will keep you on edge throughout the day. If you don't get your usual amount of caffeine, you'll experience withdrawal symptoms that keep your mood fluctuating.
